A hidden gem from the highlands of Chimbu.
Papua New Guinea doesn't get the attention it deserves in the specialty coffee world — which makes finding a cup this good feel like a discovery. Grown by small agricultural cooperatives on volcanic loam soil in Chimbu Province, this medium roast is fully washed and sun-dried, producing a soft, well-rounded cup: sweet caramel, a warm honey note, and a gentle fruitiness that keeps things interesting from first sip to last.
It's the coffee you reach for when you want something easy and satisfying, with just enough complexity to hold your attention.
